Short Form Estate Planning Cheat Sheets Released

At the beginning of the year, I and my office recommitted ourselves to providing good, accurate estate planning information to both our clients and the general public. As lives get busier and time grows shorter, people who are beginning to look into a subject often begin with small nuggets of compact information.
In addition to short form information, very basic estate planning topics are important to cover compared to larger, more complex subjects. To address this need, we plan to create and release a series of one-page download "cheat sheets" on basic estate planning concepts in the areas of general estate planning, Medicaid planning, in-law protection planning, charitable estate planning, special needs estate planning, and blended family estate planning. There may be additional topics in the future, but we are currently looking at creating and releasing four cheat sheets in each topic, and we would like to be on schedule to release one new download per week.
Four cheat sheets in the area of general estate planning are now ready to go, and we will be releasing them over the next few weeks through social media and other outlets, but you have access to these downloads now:

All of these downloads come with access to other useful content sent in one email, but you aren't signed up for any further emails unless you choose to get them through our weekly e-newsletter at www.PlainEnglishAttorney.com through a double opt-in process. The e-newsletter is basically a recap of all of the content released over the past week, and it is a nice way to review a week's worth of material in one sitting.
